When was the last time you felt really, really good about your smile?

Your journey to a new smile begins with a personalized consultation at White Dental Spa. During this visit, we take the time to truly listen to your goals, concerns, and what you love—or don’t love—about your current smile.
Our expert cosmetic dentists will guide you through the smile design process, helping you understand how subtle changes in tooth shape, size, and proportion can dramatically enhance your overall look. We’ll discuss how your smile can best harmonize with your facial features, lips, and natural expressions, ensuring a result that feels uniquely “you.”
Many patients are surprised to learn that there are different styles of smiles—from soft and rounded to bold and angular, more feminine or more masculine. We’ll help you explore these design options and select the style that best complements your personality and facial aesthetics.
As part of this comprehensive evaluation, we’ll also assess the height and contour of your gums. For patients with a “gummy smile,” we may recommend gentle laser gum contouring to create a balanced, symmetrical gum line that beautifully frames your new veneers.
Together, we’ll also determine your ideal tooth shade for permanent whitening and address any questions or concerns you may have. To complete this stage, we’ll capture studio-quality photographs, take precise impressions, and record your bite—all essential elements in crafting your custom smile design.
Once your smile design is complete, we’ll begin your Trial Smile appointment. Your cosmetic dentist will ensure you remain completely comfortable throughout the process. For those who prefer an even more relaxed experience, we also offer sedation options to make your visit as calm and soothing as possible.
During this visit, we will minimally (or sometimes not at all) prepare your teeth by removing only a very thin layer of enamel—just enough to allow your veneers to bond securely and prevent added bulk once placed. This ensures your new smile feels natural, smooth, and perfectly balanced.
Next, you’ll receive your custom “Trial Smile”, a beautifully crafted set of temporary veneers designed based on your goals and preferences discussed in the consultation. You’ll wear these temporaries for a few days, giving you the chance to see, feel, and experience your new smile in everyday life—how it looks when you talk, laugh, and smile.
This stage allows us to fine-tune every detail—from shape and shade to contour and length—so that your final result is exactly what you envisioned. Once you’ve approved your Trial Smile, your final porcelain veneers will be meticulously crafted to match it precisely, ensuring no surprises on the day of your smile transformation.
You’ll continue to wear your temporaries comfortably while your custom veneers are being hand-finished by our master ceramists—typically ready within about two weeks.
The day of your smile transformation has arrived! During this appointment, your cosmetic dentist will carefully remove your temporary veneers and thoroughly clean and prepare your teeth for final placement.
Each veneer will be meticulously checked to ensure a perfect fit, color match, and alignment—exactly as you envisioned during your Trial Smile. Once everything is just right, your veneers will be bonded permanently using advanced dental adhesive technology for a secure, long-lasting hold.
Your dentist will then check your bite to make sure everything feels natural, balanced, and comfortable. Finally, your new veneers and natural teeth will be polished to a flawless finish, revealing your radiant, confident new smile.
This is the exciting moment when you’ll see your transformation come to life—a beautifully natural, harmonious smile that complements your face and reflects your unique personality.
White Signature veneers are advanced ultra-thin veneers that are highly translucent, allowing them to look extremely natural. They are minimal to no-prep veneers so little to no tooth reduction is necessary. Traditional veneers are much thicker and require extensive prepping and removal of original tooth structure.
Another benefit over traditional veneers is that your temporary veneers — your “Trial Smile” — are designed to match the exact shape and size of your final veneers. This gives you the chance to live with them for a few days while the lab creates your custom restorations. During this time, you can see how they look, feel, and function, and let us know if there are any details you’d like adjusted.
The best part of the Trial Smile process is that it eliminates any unexpected surprises on the day your final veneers are bonded. You’ll already know exactly what to expect, and we can make sure the final result is something you truly love.
It is our highest priority to ensure your comfort during the procedure. No prep veneers require no numbing. If minimal prep is required, we numb the treatment area to ensure that you don’t feel any discomfort. We also offer sedation options, if you wish to remain more even more relaxed and comfortable in the dentist’s chair. Our White Signature veneers are ultra thin, so you will get a perfect smile with minimal prepping of your teeth in most cases. Once the veneers are bonded, White Signature veneers will look natural and feel comfortable.
Clinical testing and research have proven Veneers to last over 20 years* with proper care and maintenance.

The veneers procedure takes only 2 visits from the initial consultation. In your initial consultation, you and your Certified Cosmetic Dentist will go over smile design and determine the shade and size/shape of your ideal smile. On your next visit, generally 2 weeks later, your dentist will place your temporary "Trial Smile." This is your opportunity to try out your new smile. If everything looks perfect, we can permanently place your final veneers on your third visit.
Yes — you can absolutely still eat with your front teeth after getting veneers. Veneers are bonded with a very strong dental adhesive, so you can bite, chew, and enjoy your normal foods.
That said, veneers are still attached to natural tooth structure, so it’s important to protect your investment. We recommend avoiding biting directly into very hard foods with your front teeth — like apples, crusty bread, ice, or hard candies — as this can place unnecessary stress on both the veneers and the natural teeth underneath. Simply cutting these foods into smaller pieces is an easy way to keep everything safe.
With good oral hygiene and regular cleanings, your veneers will stay healthy and beautiful for many years.
In most cases, yes! If you do not have a severe alignment or bite problem, veneers can eliminate spacing and gaps, align crooked teeth, and reshape small/misshapen teeth. Veneers can also brighten stained or discolored teeth, something you don’t get with braces. Our expert cosmetic dentists have treated cross bites with veneers as well.
No. In most situations, veneers are considered to be a purely cosmetic treatment. They are not a good choice if you have serious oral health issues like cavities or infected teeth, or even if you have gum disease. You must have a healthy mouth to get veneers. However, while they do not fix any oral health problems, this doesn’t mean that veneers don’t have benefits for your oral health. In some cases, veneers can strengthen misshapen and uneven teeth, and provide you with a better overall bite. In addition, investing in veneers from White Dental Spa can help you take better care of your mouth. When your smile is more even and straight, it can be easier to brush and floss between your teeth, and people who have spent the time and money to get veneers are more likely to maintain good oral hygiene. Wondering if you’re a good candidate, or if your mouth is healthy enough for veneers? Contact White Dental Spa for an appointment now, and find out if veneers are the right choice for you in Dallas or Highland Park.
You can care for your veneers by treating them just like your natural teeth. Brush and floss properly, and see your dentist for regular six-month oral exams and teeth cleanings. However, keep in mind that anything that could damage your natural teeth can also cause damage to your veneers. Try to avoid chewing extremely hard foods, like ice and almonds, with your front teeth. You should also stop chewing non-food objects like pens and fingernails, and avoid using your teeth as “tools” to do things like open bags or bottles. Follow these tips to make sure your veneers remain strong for years to come.
Veneers offer a wide range of benefits, both cosmetic and functional:
• Increased confidence when smiling: Veneers enhance the overall appearance of your teeth, helping you feel more comfortable and confident showing your smile in any situation.
• Better oral health from improved alignment: By creating the appearance of straighter, more uniform teeth, veneers can help correct minor crowding, spacing, and bite issues. This makes it easier to keep your teeth clean and maintain good oral health.
• Permanent whitening: Porcelain is non-porous and does not stain the way natural enamel does, so your veneers will not yellow or discolor over time. Your smile stays bright permanently. (Proper brushing and care are still important, since the surrounding natural teeth can still stain and affect the overall appearance.)
• A solution for multiple cosmetic concerns: Veneers are incredibly versatile. They can mask tooth discoloration, chips, cracks, uneven edges, worn enamel, misshapen teeth, mild misalignment, and small gaps — allowing you to address several concerns at once with one treatment.
Overall, veneers from White Dental Spa offer a predictable, long-lasting way to achieve a beautiful, confident smile.
